Our normal standard postage rates apply to the UK (United Kingdom) mainland Postcode areas only, for any size order up to 5kg.
UK Mainland Standard - start from £2.95 to £7.50 per order for standard postage, packing and insurance.
Delivery would normally be with you within
10 working days, often much quicker.
UK Mainland 2-3 Day - from only £5.85 is dispatched on two-three day
delivery schedule, by carrier.
UK Mainland Next Day - from only £7.50 is sent out same day if ordered by 11.00AM and should reach you next working day.

Orders that weigh 5kg-20kg, delivery charge changes dependant on weight, size and delivery area, individual single heavy items that fall into this category are noted on product description,
charges start from £7.80.
* Next day service - Larger orders weighing over 5kg are sent by UK Mail or DHL carriers are 1-2 days delivery.
All delivery times are quoted for working days Monday to Friday, excluding UK Bank Holidays, subject to stock.
If you live in more rural areas please allow extra working days for your local area delays, Royal Mail also have specified delivery times.
Saturday delivery can be arranged but prices increase dramatically, particularly for large orders, e-mail us for details.
Majority of our smaller orders are sent by Royal Mail Service, Larger orders via
UK Mail or DHL Carrier Service.
Other areas: Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands and Channel Islands may be subject to additional charges which are shown when you select your delivery area from drop down list.
Royal Mail services are up to normally 4kg weight, heavier orders are sent by DHL carriers.
Please also allow additional time normally associated with your area.
Standard Service is normally within 7 working days.
Weight restrictions apply to our deliveries, if you see a message of too heavy then please click on link and we will contact you to confirm delivery charge prior to dispatch, or you can select an alternative delivery option.
We do not accept deliveries to PO boxes or currently BFPO address's.
All our deliveries require a signature, Royal Mail and our Carriers will always leave a calling card for contact with your local office if no response, please contact them immediately. The holding offices will only keep items for limited periods normally 5 working days, if no instructions for re-delivery are received then
parcels will be returned to us.
Please note: returned and refused deliveries may require additional postage before re-delivery, we will advise per order.
UK customers can select an alternative delivery address where there is someone to sign for your parcel,
i.e. your workplace or a neighbour, or we can send direct for you, applies to UK Mainland Postcode addresses only areas A and B.

Rates are weight and distance dependant, maximum weight order restrictions apply.
International rates are shown on checkout when area selected or quoted on request, if you e-mail before placing order we will confirm delivery charge and require online ordering and full payment prior to shipping. Due to the nature of our products wooden items can be expensive to ship due to the weight, select dropdown for country area on checkout or e-mail us first.
Customers outside the UK are responsible for local import duties and taxes and any costs incurred during the import over and above the prepaid shipping charges, these are charged by your local customs and excise departments.
We currently do not offer any shipping to USA.

We aim to process and dispatch all standard delivery orders within 72 hours on a weekday, all weekend orders are processed on a Monday. All subject to verified payment being received. We will contact you if there are any queries.
Delivery depends upon location and weight, as a guide for items that are in
stock UK standard delivery average is 2-4 working days, UK Mail & DHL 2-3 days dependant on time zone. However, at busy periods such as Christmas, the delivery time can take a little longer and would advise allowing additional
couple of days, please order early.
You will be notified by e-mail if an item is out of stock and given an estimated delivery time.

All Delivery dates are quoted in good faith but time shall not be deemed to be of the essence. The company shall not be liable for any loss or damage (whether direct or consequential) whatsoever arising from late delivery of goods or materials and the Buyer shall not be entitled to treat the Order as repudiated by reasons of any such late delivery.
Once the parcel leaves our distribution centre it is subject to circumstances beyond our control, both Royal Mail and Parcel carriers do guarantee certain delivery times.
Occasionally due to carrier response we may upgrade your delivery to a quicker service at no extra charge.
UK small packages are normally sent Royal Mail recorded if less then 2000gm,
UK larger items, Special orders and Special deliveries are sent by Royal Mail
services, UK Mail or DHL parcel carriers.
A few of our larger items are delivered direct from factory, these are noted on product information, where applicable.
International, most are dispatched by Royal Mail Airsure/International Signed For services, we use these services to ensure full insurance cover and are fully compliant with Customs and Excise import requirements.
